McKay is seeking an organised, proactive, and relationship-focused professional to support our Regional Managers in identifying new business opportunities, preparing capability statements and proposals, coordinating client introductions, maintaining our CRM, and nurturing client relationships beyond the initial engagement.
As a trusted partner to our Regional Managers, you will play a key role in strengthening long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors. Through excellent organisation, communication, and coordination, you will help drive business development activities that support the retention of existing clients while creating opportunities for future growth.
This is not a traditional sales or cold-calling role. Instead, you will provide the structure, insights, and support that enable our Regional Managers to build meaningful partnerships, identify new opportunities, and secure work that contributes to McKay's continued success.
