About you

You are someone who enjoys working alongside operational teams and helping them succeed. You understand business development, but you are equally comfortable in a supporting, coaching, and enabling role rather than being solely responsible for direct sales.

You will also have:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Experience working across multiple teams or business units
  • Confidence with CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
  • A data-driven approach to decision making and reporting
