This is a pivotal role focused on strengthening client engagement and driving sustainable business growth. Working closely with regional, business unit, and sector teams, you’ll support the development of opportunity pipelines, enhance client relationships, and help position McKay for long-term success. You’ll act as a trusted partner to the business, bringing structure, insight, and momentum to our business development efforts.
