About the role

This is no ordinary job. You will be the key in driving our business growth for our services in the Western Sydney region at an exciting time where we are experiencing rapid growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop new business relationships and drive continued growth of our service division (e.g. breakdowns and installations)
  • Generating and negotiating new income streams to an agreed annual target
  • Identifying and proposing new service/product/business opportunities
  • Actively and successfully managing all new business sales processes - end to end.

So, you get loads of variety and all sorts of daily challenges. No two days are the same. No time to get bored and so much to do!

Skills and Experience

If you’re someone with a sales background in the mechanical, industrial or automotive industry, or someone who thrives on sales and bringing in new business opportunities then this role could be for you! Effective sales and negotiation skills will be imperative in this role!  To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Sales Experience (Mandatory)
  • Advanced Influencing & Negotiating skills
  • Proven ability to drive growth and find opportunities
  • Results focused with a very high level of initiative

Ideally you will be an existing Sales Manager with similar experience in a service-based industry.  Hydraulic hose and fittings knowledge would be a great advantage!
