Mainland Frame and Truss are proudly New Zealand owned and operated, with over 50 years in the building industry we specialise in manufacturing high-quality pre-nailed timber wall frames and roof trusses to exact specifications. Our reputation has been built on solid service, precision, and a team-first attitude. With a brand-new purpose-built Frame and Truss Plant in Kennington and a growing workload, we are looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team.

Working closely with our Branch Manager, we are looking for someone to lead the sales of our finished product in the Southland and Otago region (and further if the opportunity arises!).
The core responsibilities of the Business Development Lead will include:
- Drive the sales of our frames and trusses into the southern regions
- Plan and deliver market support to achieve our sales and growth targets
- Identifying emerging opportunities to continue to grow our business
- Maintain strong and trusted partnerships with merchants, builders, architects and other external stakeholders
- Work with the Branch Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and market presence
