Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) and play a key role in the delivery of a major transformation programme at Southern Cross Healthcare.

You'll step into an established programme and help drive the work through its next phase. You'll work across business analysis, process design, data migration, testing, and change, partnering closely with People & Culture, Digital Services, project teams, SMEs, and senior stakeholders to turn business needs into practical solutions.

You'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful, enterprise-wide change that will shape how we manage our people, processes, and data across Southern Cross Healthcare.
