Join Toi Ohomai as a Business Analyst and play a key role in enabling digital transformation across our organisation. Working closely with business units and faculties, you will provide expert analysis, advice, and leadership across the application development lifecycle, systems and data integration, and information management initiatives. This role supports innovation, efficiency, and positive outcomes for ākonga and kaimahi.

You’ll be part of a collaborative Digital team, delivering modern, integrated solutions that support teaching, learning, and business excellence.

This role involves partnering closely with business units to analyse and define information management requirements, leading and supporting application development and systems integration initiatives, and ensuring all solutions are production‑ready, well‑integrated, and fit for purpose. It also provides expert advice on data, architecture, and system design, while actively contributing to continuous improvement and driving digital innovation across the organisation.

· Deliver strategic and operational business analysis 

· Lead and support digital and application projects 

· Ensure production readiness, testing, and documentation 

· Enable systems and data integration across platforms 

· Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders

He kōrero mōu | About You

You bring:

• A degree in Computer Science or Advanced Diploma (or equivalent)

• 5+ years’ experience in business analysis and systems integration

• Strong experience across application development lifecycles

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• A customer‑focused, analytical, and collaborative mindset

(ITIL v3 and/or a recognised Business Analysis qualification is desirable.)
