About the Role
Our Technology & Information team has an progressive plan to transform our IT environment and provide exceptional service and data to our customers. To help us achieve this, we are looking for a talented Business Analyst to play a key role in defining and implementing business and technology solutions that meet business goals and ensuring we are driving improved business efficiency through the delivery of planned works.
Your particular focus will be on looking at processes - talking to people across the organisation to understand what is happening and identify pain points and inefficiency, then analysing and documenting your findings and working with stakeholders to find and document a range of practical solutions that will increase efficiency and deliver value to our customers.
