The role and you
Based in our Oriental Bay office, you will work on a mix of advisory work and compliance, with a strong focus on adding value to our clients.
You will play a pivotal role within the +MORE team, working closely with the directors where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through on-the-job training, and ongoing professional development.
The work will be interesting and varied where your responsibilities will include;
- Preparation of Management Reports to support decision-making
- Creation of cashflow forecasts and budgets
- Analysis of financial information to assist client profitability and growth
- Review of Annual Accounts
- Ad hoc support with Advisory projects
This role will suit someone who loves to take ownership of their work, can demonstrate strong commercial acumen, and have an open communication style. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor is key to your success.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need
- 3+ years’ experience in a Business Advisory or Banking role
- Bachelor of Commerce, Economics, Finance or Business
- Experience using Xero
- A client focused approach, able to understand the client’s needs
- Effective communicator and team player
- Able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Self-manager, maintaining high standards
