Role Overview:

This is a newly created position due to company growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Administration Manager to assist our Directors in the day-to-day management of the firm. This role is akin to a Practice Manager, focusing on streamlining operations, enhancing client service, and supporting the strategic objectives of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Oversee the daily operations of the firm, including debtor management and taking ownership for the operating systems ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.
  • Client Relations Maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly. 
  • Executive Services: Managing and overseeing Companies office and AML requirements and Trust administration
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Client Services team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their development and success.
  • Strategic Support: Assist Directors with strategic planning, business development initiatives, and implementing new policies and procedures.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage financial reporting to ensure the firm's profitability.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and manage risk across all areas of the firm.

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as a Practice Manager or Business Administration Manager, ideally within the professional services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Understanding of compliance and risk management principles.
  • A proactive, forward-thinking approach to business management.
