Building & Grounds Maintenance
About the role
As a Building & Grounds Maintenance team member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring Skyline Queenstown’s grounds, buildings, and outdoor facilities are maintained to a high standard while meeting all Health & Safety requirements. You’ll play a hands-on role in the upkeep of our complex alpine environment and support maintenance and capital projects through general labour and practical assistance.
We’re seeking a practical, reliable, and safety-conscious person who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of guest experience in everything they do.
The perfect candidate will bring:
- previous experience in grounds, building maintenance, or general labouring,
- a strong awareness of Health & Safety and safe work practices,
- a proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to follow schedules and instructions,
- a strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
