We’re looking for a talented individual to join our Broker Unit, in the role of Broker Operations Coordinator. You will be a driven, self-starter - someone who thrives in a challenging fast-paced environment, who demonstrates high attention to detail while delivering exceptional customer service.
This is an important role within the Broker Unit; providing centralised support for the team – ranging from managing the Third Party application workflow and turnaround times, responding to Adviser related enquiries, communicating relevant changes to internal and external parties, and compiling reports on performance. A key part of your role will include assisting and supporting both the Head of Third Party and the Operations Manager with process improvement; identifying opportunities to implement changes which will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Broker team.
