About the Role

Overall, the role is being responsible for the achievement of key Adviser acquired Home Loan growth targets supported with the delivery of an outstanding customer proposition.

Who are you?

We’re on the lookout for a result driven individual with strong experience in home lending and relationship management to join our Third-Party team. As one of our Broker Managers, you’ll be responsible for achieving Mortgage Adviser/Broker acquired home loan growth, along with delivering an outstanding customer experience to our Mortgage Advisers, TSB Branches and our customers.  

You will be a change agent who thrives in a fast-paced changing environment and actively accepts, embeds and reinforces continuous change.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • You will help to achieve agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to our internal and external stakeholders, as well as: 
  • Prepare assess, and decision Adviser originated applications and liaise with our retail credit team on any applications that are outside your delegated credit authority.
  • Provide consistent and sound credit decisions to support good customer outcomes for customers and TSB.
  • To support key Adviser relationships in collaboration with the wider Third-Party team. 

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • At least 2 years in retail lending position and demonstrated credit skills.
  • Solid understanding of home lending policy and process especially from intermediaries.       
  • The ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with a ‘can do’ service attitude.         
  • Strong attention to detail with proven experience in achieving objectives.
