We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to take the helm of our Newmarket Branch (opening mid- June), leading our retail banking team with energy, ownership, and a genuine commitment to exceptional customer care.

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our Branch to life by championing unparalleled customer care and making a real, positive impact in the community.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and grow a talented team through hands-on support and observation
  • Support your team with a positive approach, focusing on collaboration, building trust and developing a high functioning team
  • Use your business development and networking skills to unlock new acquisition opportunities
  • Set clear performance expectations and champion professional growth across the team
  • Identify and proactively escalate conduct, compliance, operational, and credit risks

What we’re looking for:

  • NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5
  • Proven experience building and sustaining a high‑performance culture
  • Broad retail banking experience and solid operational understanding
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
  • Supportive, positive, and team focused, aligning with the values of TSB.
