About the role

Reporting to the Head of Distribution, the Dunedin Branch Manager will be responsible for managing Unity’s Dunedin branch, including support and development of team members, community engagement, the delivery of annual outcomes, and providing an exceptional member experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring and driving team engagement and a positive culture.
  • Managing 3 team members, including leave, performance, and development.
  • Consistent delivery of outstanding member outcomes and experiences.
  • Maintaining a sound understanding of Unity’s products and services.
  • Implementation and delivery of Unity’s strategy, financial goals, and community engagement.

About you

  • New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team to success.
  • Strong orientation to customer service and delivery.
  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs and priorities of the teams, Unity, and the financial services industry.
