We are seeking experienced and community-minded directors who will enhance our governance team and serve with us to achieve our vision and fulfil our mission.

About this position
Our Board members are volunteers appointed for their diverse skills, knowledge, and experience. You will help establish and plan the future direction of PSO, guided by its Vision, Mission, and Values.
You will have a key role in monitoring the achievement of our strategic goals and objectives, and our financial viability. Board members also monitor PSO’s statutory responsibilities and have input into risk management.
The Board meeting approximately 11 times a year for 2 to 4 hours per meeting, in Dunedin. PSO has robust director and officer insurance policies in place for its Board.
