We are seeking your talent to support Blenheim Toyota's overall success, through your experience in customer services, reception and general administration.
Reporting to the Administration Manager and joining the Blenheim administration team of 4 within our business of 42, this full-time 40hour per week position offers a busy and varied role covering a variety of customer facing and general business administrative tasks. Our current team member is regrettably unable to rejoin us from parental leave, which has opened up this vacancy for your next move.
The role offers a variety of tasks including; general business administration, front-line reception greeting and helping direct customer enquiries within our team, NZTA transactions (vehicle registrations), sales administration, account reconciliations and transactions. Naturally, your customer-centric outlook will support our ambition of delivering exceptional and perosnalised customer experiences. You will also have excellent time and organisational management, and initiative to seek continuous improvements. Your skills are well supported by a business that is strongly focused on people, and relationships, which are driven by clear values.
