The role

Manuka Health is looking for an enthusiastic Blending Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Supplier Relations Manager, this role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within our company. The Blending Specialist will provide comprehensive oversight and optimization of our batch-building processes, ensuring high efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability. This role is crucial in aligning with the strategic goals of the Batch Building Governance group and our broader organizational objectives. You will manage operational plans, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory health and operational performance. Some key job responsibilities include:

• Oversight of batch-building processes.
• Ensure operational plans are reviewed on a rolling basis (weekly,      fortnightly, quarterly, and annually).
• Build batches utilizing inventory sustainably, aligning with standard pricing and batch-building variance targets set by the Batch batch-building governance group.
• Prepare required analysis and generate strategic options for MHNZ to make informed decisions on bee product topics.
• Assist in developing industry strategies and solutions.
