Who are you:

We’re looking for a confident and detail-orientated individual to join our busy Banking Support Team as a Banking Support Specialist. The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and administration which enables the Network to provide a consistently high level of service and maximize opportunities with our customers.  In this role you will  provide centralised support for banking and product operations within TSB Bank for nationwide retail, business and rural sales teams.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:   

  • Providing specialised support including data processing, account maintenance, payments and account reconciliation within specified Bank Standards and Service Level Agreements.  
  • Responding to inbound enquiries and requests via phone, email and letter within specified Bank Standards and Service Level Agreements. 
  • Provide professional, helpful and accurate guidance to the Network. 
  • Follow bank policies & procedures, ensure knowledge is current, that you operate within these guidelines and any changes are escalated. 
  • Support the Network in increasing their accuracy rates. Identify and escalate issues and opportunities to increase knowledge where required.
  • Ensure needs and requirements of TSB bank business partners and relationships are met including identification of opportunities for process improvement and participation in Projects as required 
  • Check and monitor administration is completed within specified Service Level Agreements and Bank Standards.
