Maintaining a consistent, seamless Parts supply to our large customer base is paramount, to ensure our continued business success.
Due to ongoing growth within our Aftersales departments, a position has become available for an Automotive Parts Consultant within our Parts Team
The key responsibility for this role is working close with our valued customers, ensuring an accurate, professional Parts supply is achieved, within a controlled process, whilst ensuring absolute customer satisfaction at all times.
It is essential that you have:
· Excellent computer skills
· Great customer handling ability
· An outgoing, energetic personality
Experience in Automotive parts is preferred, however additional attributes such as attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and within deadlines, excellent inventory and process control, reliability, accuracy, and most importantly customer focus are the qualities most suited for this role.
