Automation Test Analyst (Engineer)
We’re looking for an experienced Automation Test Analyst/Engineer to join our team on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes for our Insurance Suite products, combining strong automation skills with hands-on manual testing.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts for Guidewire Cloud (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter), with a strong focus on test automation.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and subject matter experts to ensure robust test coverage focused on defect prevention.
- Provide clear, actionable test reporting and champion quality practices within the team.
- Drive efficiency in testing and test automation.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in our Quality Assurance practice.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in test automation using Playwright (strong experience in other frameworks may be considered).
- Strong manual testing skills and ability to work in an agile product delivery environment.
- Solid understanding of risk-based testing and the Test Pyramid.
- A team player who takes initiative, values collaboration, and is driven to deliver results.
- Experience successfully applying AI in testing (including AI agents) is beneficial
- Experience with Guidewire or the insurance industry is beneficial.
