The Opportunity
We are looking for a qualified Auto Electrician to join our Hamilton based team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring and components across late-model Isuzu trucks and other heavy vehicle brands.
If you have experience in the heavy automotive industry, enjoy working autonomously, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- National Certificate in Automotive Electrical Engineering (NZ qualification)
- Proven experience working with commercial vehicles and electronic air-conditioning systems
- Sound knowledge of the New Zealand Road Transport industry
- A strong customer-service mindset
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Full, clean Class 1 driver’s licence (HT licence preferred but not essential)
- A proactive and safety-focused approach to your work
