About the Role

As Australia Sales Manager – Eastern Channel, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our eastern channel strategy. Reporting to the GM APAC, you’ll manage key accounts across Australia, identify new opportunities, and drive new business growth. This role also collaborates across China General Trade and NZ non-traditional channels, working closely with APAC sales leads to align strategies.

Your mission:

  • Grow sales in Australia to achieve financial targets.
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with key customers and deliver world-class trade marketing executions.
  • Drive new business strategy into emerging channels and retailers.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain positive partnerships with      key accounts, ensuring commitments are met.
  • Identify Market Opportunities: Research and analyse trends to uncover new channels      and retailers.
  • Plan & Forecast: Develop budgets, pricing strategies, and monitor ROI      for customers and distributors.
  • Execute Marketing Excellence: Implement our perfect store platform and support      marketing initiatives.
  • Educate & Influence: Deliver training and resources to boost brand      awareness and product knowledge.
  • Ensure Compliance: Work with regulatory teams to meet registration and labelling      requirements.
  • Collaborate Internally: Partner with supply chain, marketing, and quality teams to      deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally within FMCG or health      & wellness sectors.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, negotiate, and influence at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
  • High energy, motivation, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced      environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
