The role

Reporting to the Manager – Used Vehicles this role is a rare gem of an opportunity that will allow you to be at the heart of shaping the future of our Used Vehicles business. 

As Associate Manager Strategy & Systems your primary responsibility will be to lead the team in enhancing the Used Vehicles strategic directions and operational effectiveness through data driven decision making and providing actionable insights. Alongside this you will be involved in creating and meeting budgets through understanding of market trends, determining future forecasts and development of reporting capabilities to support Used Vehicle strategy & decision-making.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the team to make informed data driven decisions
  • Setting and tracking of budgets and forecasts
  • Developing and implementing system and process improvements for the Used Vehicle department      
  • Reviews of market performance/trends to support strategic decisions
  • Management of process and system projects to support the enhancement of Used Vehicle capabilities
  • Development and maintenance of tools and systems to support Used Vehicle sales strategies
  • Executive reporting and day to day reporting and analysis

You will also have:

  • Experience in leading people and developing high performing teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and to achieve deadlines
  • Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of statistical analysis and tools
  • The ability to think both logically and critically
