Assistant Manager
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) wanting a change. Join MGI+MORE as an Assistant Manager and be part of a team that values excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review compliance work for new and existing clients
- Provide insightful Business Advisory services to clients, helping them navigate complex financial landscapes. Such tasks will include; cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, efficiency reviews and strategic planning for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality accounting solutions
- Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Ideally you will have the following:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in compliance work and business advisory.
- Strong working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
