Working closely with the Care Home Manager and Clinical Services Manager, you will be involved in obtaining and maintaining a clear overview of Care Home operations while providing a high level of leadership and support to clinical and care staff. You will be managing the outcomes of all indicators and assist the Care Home Manager with people, residents, and family-related aspects.

Skills & Experience / He pūkenga tou

  • Experience within the Aged Care industry
  • Previous leadership experience with a strong focus on education and training
  • Computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Competent in driving a positive team culture
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
  • Commercial acumen and financial management. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making abilities and change management. 
  • A passion for caring for others. 

This busy role is ideal for a professional who is currently working in the Aged Care Industry as Operational Manager or equivalent seeking that next career step toward Care Home/Facility Management.
