Position Overview: The Assistant Business Manager will oversee financial activities, streamline operations, and support the Administration, Customer Services, Workshop, and Stockroom Teams. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, managing budgets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance, with a strong emphasis on service excellence.

  • General Manager Assistance
  • Financial Management
  • Operational Efficiency
  • Workshop, Customer, and Mobile Service Technician Oversight
  • HR / Health and Safety Administration

About You:

  • Solid working knowledge and experience of business finance and accounting principles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, processes and financial compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ambitious, hands-on, and outcome-focused.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in HR and business administration is highly desirable.
