We’re seeking an experienced, ambitious banking professional to join our Newmarket Branch as an Assistant Branch Manager. In this role, you will be working from Tuesday to Saturday.
You’ll be responsible for supporting the achievement of business goals, ensuring the delivery of the bank’s service standards, and creating world class customer service. Working alongside the Branch Manager, you’ll be providing hands-on customer service and support duties, day-to-day team management including responsibility for the achievement of branch sales, service, and growth objectives.
You’ll use your exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relations, adopting a genuine care for your stakeholders and a positive and enthusiastic ‘one team’ attitude. You’re a champion of change management and will use your influence skills to actively accept, embed, and reinforce continuous change within the branch.
