About the role
In this Assistant Activities Manager role, reporting into the Activities Manager, you will oversee operations across the Cableway, Guest Services, Carparking and Stargazing departments. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and product quality, through safe, efficient, and profitable operations. The position involves leading and developing teams, supporting supervisors, and fostering a high-performance culture that drives strong staff engagement and continuous improvement.
