Assistant Activities Manager
About the role
In this Assistant Activities Manager role, reporting into the Activities Manager, you will oversee operations across the Cableway, Guest Services, Carparking and Stargazing departments. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and product quality, through safe, efficient, and profitable operations. The position involves leading and developing teams, supporting supervisors, and fostering a high-performance culture that drives strong staff engagement and continuous improvement.
This opportunity suits a driven, hands-on leader who is passionate about supporting teams and delivering strong operational performance.
The minimum requirements:
Applicants must have a minimum of three years of experience.
The 3 years of experience must be relevant and ideally requires the candidate to have:
- proven leadership experience
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- a positive, proactive and adaptable mindset
- the capability to create and drive sales targets and incentives
- the ability to set organisational priorities by balancing financial and strategic goals
- excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of energy
Every Role Offers
- $75,000 - $80,000 per annum with 40 hours per week guaranteed,
