We’re looking for an experienced Assets and Facilities Advisor to help manage the day-to-day operation of our commercial buildings and facilities based at our Palmerston North office. This full time permanent role plays a key part in ensuring our assets are well-maintained, sustainable, and aligned with the goals of MWRC Holdings Ltd and Horizons Regional Council.
This is a varied and hands-on role that spans relationship management, lease administration, contractor coordination, procurement support, asset system management, project support, and long-term asset planning. You’ll work across a diverse property portfolio, support tenants and building users, and help drive effective asset planning, budgeting, and project delivery.
