As an FMG Loss Adjuster, you will be integral to the local Tauranga FMG team. As the local face of FMG’s claims team, based out of our Tauranga office, you will be responsible for assessing all aspects of FMG’s property damage claims. We pride ourselves on providing a quality, personalised service, so strong relationship-building skills are essential, in combination with a real passion, enthusiasm and commitment to delivering a quality service experience for our clients. This will involve determining policy coverage, quantifying loss, assessing, and adjusting all damages, preparing repair specifications/scope of works, and managing the repair process.

The role often requires working beyond standard hours to deliver quality service to our clients, which means flexibility and a willingness to travel is a must.
To be successful in this role, a sound knowledge and experience in building construction or previous Loss Adjusting experience is desirable. You will also be comfortable following best practice procedures, be able to work autonomously, while also enjoying the benefit of being part of a wider team.
