FMG is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-driven Assessor to join our innovative Motor & Machinery Assessing Team. If you love agricultural machinery and vehicles and want to make a real impact in rural New Zealand, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Digitally assessing agricultural machinery and vehicle claims
- Determining policy coverage and quantifying repair costs
- Delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction
- Following best practice processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
What you’ll bring:
- A genuine passion for agricultural vehicles and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
- Sound knowledge and experience in the agricultural industry
