This Service Advisor position is a part-time job share position available now, which offers the chance to work with New Zealand’s most popular vehicle brand. Dealing with a variety of people every day, the successful applicant will enjoy working within a tight knit team and great company atmosphere, focused on customer service and achievement of department goals.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the key responsibilities of this role include greeting all customers at the service reception, advising customers on their service and repair options, booking the service technicians work and invoicing repair work carried out. Prior experience is a bonus but not essential as full training will be provided to the successful person.
All applicants will need to have the right to work in New Zealand and hold a full and clear New Zealand drivers licence.
