A leadership opportunity with purpose, impact, and room to grow

Following an internal promotion, we’re seeking an Area Manager to step into a key leadership role supporting our Canterbury centres. This position offers meaningful influence, ongoing professional growth, and the chance to shape exceptional outcomes for children, families, and teams.

You’ll guide centres to deliver outstanding educational experiences, build strong family relationships, and maintain excellence across quality, compliance, people, and performance.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance educational leadership with operational know‑how, and who is confident leading through challenge, change, and continuous improvement.
