Applications Support Specialist
National Support Office, Auckland
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As our Applications Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the business-critical systems that keep Southern Cross Healthcare running. You'll provide Level 2–3 support across a portfolio of enterprise and clinical applications, helping to ensure they remain reliable, secure, and performing at their best.
You'll become the go-to technical expert for your application portfolio, investigating and resolving complex issues, managing system configurations and integrations, and supporting upgrades, releases, and enhancements. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and service providers, you'll help deliver effective solutions and continuously improve the systems that support our organisation.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll combine technical problem-solving with stakeholder engagement. From troubleshooting complex incidents and investigating root causes through to testing changes, coordinating releases, and improving application performance, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact across a large and complex healthcare organisation.
The role also includes participation in occasional after-hours support and release activities as required.
This is a permanent full-time role based in our Auckland Office
