INTRALOT NZ is fully owned subsidiary of the INTRALOT group, a leading global supplier of integrated gaming and transaction processing systems.

We are looking for someone to join out dynamic Application Support team.

Responsibilities include:

Providing technical support via phone, fax & and e-mail

  • Liaise with off-site technicians to resolve or complete support calls
  • Assist in the report generation for our customers
  • Monitoring of both internal and external event alarms 
  • Diagnose and resolve communications issues
  • Creation and maintaining documentation of processes and procedures

Skills & Experience

At least 12 Months experience in a IT Service Desk environment or able to demonstrate a good understanding of IT

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Reliable and good work ethic
  • Ability to demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service and adherence to agreed SLA's

You must currently be a New Zealand citizen, hold permanent residency or hold an appropriate work permit in order to be considered for this role.
