 In this customer interfacing role you’ll:

  • Take ownership of customer support activities for our IVD products
  • Develop materials and documentation to train and educate our customers
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Lead customer care activities for the introduction of new products

Your relationship skills will be top nouch as you’ll not only be providing customer care but will need to collaborate with our Field Services Engineers to resolve issues and support our Sales team providing pre-sales support and demonstrations. You’ll need to be able to perform validations for IVD products post installs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Having a lab background you’ll understand provide expertise in the interface between Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and analysers. The role may include on call work.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or relevant Scientific field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the IVD industry.
  • Strong understanding of IVD products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
