National Support Office

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

Ready to make a real difference through technology? As our Applications Support Specialist (Clinical Systems), you'll play a vital role in supporting the clinical applications that help our hospitals deliver exceptional patient care every day. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of business-critical clinical systems, ensuring they are reliable, optimised, and continuously evolving to meet the changing needs of our clinicians, hospital teams, and patients.

As the clinical systems expert, you'll work collaboratively with clinicians, business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues, deliver system enhancements, support upgrades and releases, and identify opportunities to improve performance and the overall user experience. From providing Level 2–3 application support across PAS, EHR/EMR and other clinical systems to supporting integrations, testing, configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to influence how technology enhances the delivery of healthcare across our organisation.

If you're passionate about solving problems, enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders, and thrive in an environment where your expertise has a direct impact on patient care, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution while working with modern clinical technologies in one of New Zealand's leading healthcare organisations.
