The Role

This role is a part time (32 hours per week), fixed term position to March 2025.  

Key responsibilities 

  • Perform laboratory tasks such as preparation of sperm, diagnosis tests. sperm analysis 
  • Monitoring stock
  • Assist to maintaining lab hygiene 
  • Provide information and contact with patients 
  • Data entry 
  • Following company protocols and processes
  • Assist the team with the company’s aspirations towards health equity for Māori
  • Full training will be provided

Ideal candidate, skills and experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor level degree in biology field
  • Experience working in laboratory desirable, but not essential
  • Able to work in a fast pace, ever changing environment
  • Can work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent computer skills
