te Tūranga | About the Role 

Are you a qualified Anaesthetic Technician or RNAA looking for a casual role with flexibility and variety? We’re seeking a passionate professional to join our skilled theatre team as our workloads continue to grow. 

In this role you’ll play a critical part in supporting Anaesthetists and delivering safe, effective care for patients. You’ll apply technical and clinical expertise to provide anaesthesia support throughout peri-operative procedures, while assisting with anaesthetic-related tasks, clinical activities, and team projects to ensure seamless patient care.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience 

  • Anaesthetic Technician Registration with the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand / Registered Nurse Anaesthetic Assistant with a current New Zealand Annual practicing Certificate. 
  • Be a team player with excellent communication skills 
  • Be a proactive member of the team, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care. 
  • Ability to be flexible and work rostered shifts
