Heritage Lifecare is a nationwide Aged Care Provider with facilities and village communities catering for varying stages of care need (Village, Rest Home, Hospital Level and Dementia care). We are in an exciting growth phase and are looking to recruit a Upper South Island Operations Manager to join our operations team.
About the role
We are looking for someone who has a genuine desire to make a difference at a senior leadership level, in the lives of the residents who reside in our villages and facilities. The successful applicant will have previous regional management experience, either in the health, retirement or hospitality industry, and demonstrated experience as a supportive and empowering leader with a strong focus on operational performance and continuous quality improvement. Enhanced communication skills are vital, as is the willingness to take on interesting development projects within the team.
The position will require regular travel in the Upper South Island.
