What you’ll bring:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A natural ability to build and maintain relationships
- Reliability and punctuality
- Proven experience in a busy administration role
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Automotive industry experience (preferred but not essential)
Key responsibilities:
- Front of house reception and customer interaction
- Supporting Service and Parts teams with administrative tasks
- Managing enquiries from internal and external customers
- General administration and coordination duties
- Assisting with health and safety compliance requirements
