We are looking for a part time, on-call coordinator to join our team! This critical role is about providing an after hours support service to our clients and carers, ensuring we continue to provide quality care.
Working from home, you will be provided with a computer and mobile phone. You will be required to work 8 - 10 shifts per month (2 - 3 shifts per week). Week day shifts are from 4pm to 9am and weekends are made up of 2 shifts being 9am – 4pm and 4pm to 9am. We anticipate that you would likely only work 1- 3 hours of each rostered shift, but it is about being available and ready to take the calls. We are flexible as to what shifts you choose to work, however this position is required to do a weekend shift. If your preference is to work both weekend days and free up your week, we can certainly look to try and accommodate this.
Ideal Candidate must have good computer skills, strong attention to detail and an excellent phone manner.
