After Sales Manager
We’re looking for an Aftersales Manager to take ownership of our Ford Parts and Service operation in Rotorua.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be responsible for performance, people, and process across the workshop and parts department, with a clear focus on productivity, profitability, and customer experience.
You’ll be walking into a functioning operation that needs tightening, structure, and consistent leadership to get the best out of it.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operation of Service and Parts
- Drive workshop productivity, WIP control, and labour sales
- Improve customer communication and overall experience
- Set, track, and deliver departmental budgets and targets
- Manage parts performance, stock control, and gross profit
- Ensure Ford standards and processes are consistently met
- Work closely with the front line to improve booking, workflow, and delivery
- Build capability within the team, holding people accountable
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, or similar role
- Strong understanding of workshop flow, technician productivity, and parts operations
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment, not just behind a desk
- Someone who brings structure, follows through, and lifts standards
- Clear communicator who can deal with both customers and staff directly
- Franchise experience preferred, Ford experience a bonus
