Crown Law provides legal advice and representation to the Government in matters that affect everyone in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Our work ranges from the enforcement of criminal law and protection of the revenue, to matters involving human rights and the Treaty of Waitangi / te Tiriti o Waitangi. Our counsel appear at all levels of court in Aotearoa New Zealand, from the Supreme Court through to the District Court and various tribunals. Join us at Crown Law and work closely with the Manager of Planning and Performance to shape our agency’s future through strategic planning, performance measures, and risk management. In our smaller, tight-knit agency, what you do truly matters and has a direct impact on our success.
We’re on the lookout for a driven individual with 1-2 years of public service experience who’s ready to step up and make a difference. If you're passionate about relationship management and have a solid understanding of how government works, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Some knowledge of official correspondence, including the Official Information Act and the Privacy Act would be beneficial.
Location: Te Whanganui-a-Tara | Wellington
