Our team is growing and we are seeking two enthusiastic professionals to join our Finance team. This is a great opportunity for two skilled administrators to take on their next career challenge in a supportive and fun environment. 

Vacancy 1 – Administrator, Property and Commercial 

This role is responsible for maintaining the documentation and systems controls for the Property and Commercial function of the business. Responsible for maintaining property systems, manuals, contracts and legal documentation registers, this role also supports the Procurement function of the business.  

Vacancy 2 – Administrator, Property and Facilities

This role is responsible for administering the property maintenance request system and management of documentation and system controls. This role also supports the Head of Property and Commercial in delivering effective property solutions through a range of property focused administrative tasks and duties.

About You

These roles will suit candidates who have proven success in effectively managing their time, delivering to multiple stakeholders and going above and beyond to contribute to the overall success of the team.

To be considered for either of these roles, you will possess the following: 

  • A minimum 3+ years’ experience in an administrative or similar role, preferably in the property, facilities or procurement fields
  • Strong commitment to excellence and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Proven success in building strong working relationships across a diverse audience 
  • Strong eye for detail and proven administrative, procedural and documentation skills
  • A positive mindset, good sense of humor and One Team approach
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work on tasks unsupervised
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
