About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a client Portfolio Fees Administrator to join our Portfolio Fees team working, based in Tauranga. This is permanent full time position.

Our Portfolio Fees team is an integral part of Craigs Investment Partners (CIP), ensuring that CIP fee tables are appropriately applied to our clients accounts. The Portfolio Fees Administrator is responsible for ensuring the appropriate agreed fees are applied and to administer all fee related tasks for any changes in services levels and account closures on client portfolios in a timely manner.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities for the role will include:

  • Completing portfolio reporting fee checks
  • Reviewing and analysing fee group set up requests
  • Processing ad hoc fee invoices relative to managed client portfolios
  • Perform maker and checker PRfees tasks as required
  • Edit fee schedule changes, and discuss internally with our advisory network as required
  • Prepare and maintain records and documentation, review workflow notifications, and ensure requests are actioned in a timely manner

About you

This role would suit someone with prior experience within the financial services environment (preferred). The successful candidate will have experience in managing databases and administering end-to-end process flows. As this role works with data, a high level of attention to detail is vital.

The successful candidate will also have strong organisational, administrative and communication skills (both written and verbal).  You will work to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly timetables, so you will require an ability to prioritise workload effectively. You will have strong computer literacy skills, with an affinity for picking up new systems and processes quickly, and experience using Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft suite.
