The opportunity
Altitude Resurfacing are looking for a highly organised, system-savvy professional with a passion for data integrity, systems management, and administration support to join their team in Invercargill.
This role has a strong focus on data and systems. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping data and reporting systems running smoothly. You’ll ensure everything is kept up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the company’s quality and contract standards. Your work will directly support operational performance, management reporting, and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for maintaining systems and data, including:
- Ensuring data accuracy and scripting new data sets
- Managing data to ensure it is cleaned, archived or purged per company policies
- Generating and managing reports and metrics
- Assisting in tracking project delivery performance
- Maintaining training records and assisting with compliance administration
- Supporting managers with any data entry or administration
- Other administrative duties such as taking minutes, filing and document control
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel (Intermediate or advanced)
- Ability to pick up systems with ease
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar role or general administration
- Experience in a similar industry or working with Dropbox, FormTab, Maximo, SAP and/or Excel would be advantageous.
