About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a Cash Settlements Administrator to join our team, based in Tauranga. This is a permanent position with full time hours Monday to Friday.

Our Cash Settlements team is an integral part of Craigs Investment Partners (CIP), looking after all the cash products of our client funds, this includes our kiwisaver, superannuation, and cash management accounts. The Cash Settlements Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and administration of the Cash Settlements function. The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Daily Reconciliation of all Cash Settlements Bank Statements
  • Managing the end of day funding movements
  • Processing of interest
  • Processing of Term Deposits
  • Processing of Foreign & Domestic Payments
  • Reconciliation of Cash Settlements Accounts
  • Providing backup and cover for other roles as required

This is a great role if you are looking to further your financial services administration experience. In return, you will be working in a supportive team environment with ongoing training and exposure to the investment industry.

About you

You will have experience in another administrative position, ideally within financial services. This role works to daily tasks so the ability to prioritise workload effectively is essential. This role also works to process cash payments, so a high degree of numerical accuracy is essential. You will have strong organisational, administrative and communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Excel, are essential. Given the client services focus of this role, excellent interpersonal and client service skills are essential.
