About the Position

The team at Princes Court Lifecare seek a detail-orientated and personable multitasker to warmly welcome visitors to the Care Home and provide reception, administrative and support duties as an Administrator.

  • Permanent Full-time - Monday (8hr shift), Tuesday - Friday (6hr shift)
  • 32 hours per week
  • $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

This role would suit someone who is personable and empathetic, willing to help and support others, and confident in using computers and systems.  You will be the main point of contact for the Care Home, answering face-to-face, telephone and email queries.  Reporting to a personable and approachable Care Home Manager, you will be warmly welcomed to the Princes Court Lifecare team.  This is a perfect position to reenter the workforce or start your professional career with opportunities for training and upskilling.

You will bring

  • Previous experience within a face-to-face clerical, administration, or receptionist position
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time wisely
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using other computer systems
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to help others
  • Previous experience with 'TimeTarget' would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided
